Job Title: Front Office Leader

We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our Front Office team as a Front Office Leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team with energy and efficiency, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous growth. They will have strong business acumen and excel in rostering, productivity, and optimization performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with the Front Office Manager to develop and implement strategies for delivering exceptional service to customers.
* Lead a high-performing team to achieve targets and goals.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of hotel operations, including IT systems.
* Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
* Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration and open communication.
* Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to improve the overall guest experience.
* Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

About You:

* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in hotel front office operations and leadership.
* A strong ability to inspire and develop the team, fostering a positive and future-focused culture.
* Proficiency in Hotel IT systems and a solid understanding of hotel operations.
* Proven ability to handle service recovery with professionalism and care.
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster.
* Fantastic time management and organizational skills.
