The Role
Our Mareeba Rural Store is seeking a new Branch Administrator.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Answer phone calls & email enquiries and directing them to the relevant person
- Managing inbound and outbound mail
- Cash handling, daily banking & reconciliation
- Liaise with transport companies to request quotes / freight movement
- Processing sales orders and delivery notes
- Stock ordering, receivals, transfers & inventory control
- Liaising with suppliers for pricing and ETA on orders
- Pallet control
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About You
To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
- Have excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Prior administration and data entry experience
- Positive attitude, great communication skills with the willingness to learn
- Have good organisation and planning skills
- The ability to undertake a range of administrative tasks
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
