Responsibilities
* Set the strategic direction for the Content Strategy Plan by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights, including advanced data analytics, to align content with brand and business objectives.
* Champion customer personalization by defining segmentation, mapping optimal channels, and curating persona‑driven content that drives engagement and loyalty.
* Collaborate with brand leaders to drive omnichannel excellence.
* Steer operational planning and execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams across marketing, technology, and other stakeholders to embed content personalization as a core capability.
* Lead design and implementation of omnichannel initiatives, ensuring all customer engagement activities strategically align with measurable impact and support brand growth.
* Provide strategic oversight on customer engagement metrics, distilling actionable insights for continuous content and brand strategy refinement.
* Design and oversee deployment of customer micro‑journeys in partnership with technology partners, ensuring seamless, personalized experiences across all touchpoints.
* Direct quarterly content planning and development, leveraging modular content authoring approaches and collaborating with agencies to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
* Lead strategic engagement with the Data Science Team to harness customer data, uncover new personalization opportunities, and advance the organization's content capability.
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or another industry within digital marketing.
* Experience working in a matrix organization in an international environment.
* Track record of successfully running personalized digital campaigns.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate functions.
* A positive, solutions‑oriented approach.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity.
* Knowledge of modular content and experience using an authoring tool.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with advanced analytics and data‑driven personalization.
* Proficiency in omnichannel content strategy and delivery.
* Familiarity with content management systems and authoring platforms.
