About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to our services.
You will be responsible for managing reception services, client interactions, and electronic client management system to book appointments and maintain records.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience using a client management system, effective time management, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and external partners
* Manage reception services, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
* Liaise with clients, visitors, and external partners via phone, email, or in person
* Use electronic client management system to book appointments, maintain records, and bill clients
* Support NextSense therapists with diary management, operational tasks, and projects

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Prior experience using a client management system
* Effective time management and organisational skills
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check
