Warehouse Operations Associate
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team in Canberra. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including picking and assembling customer orders, loading trucks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and values consistency and variety in their day. You will play a key role in keeping our warehouse running like clockwork, ensuring products are picked, packed, and delivered with precision.
You will rotate across dry, chilled, and frozen duties, so no two shifts feel quite the same. As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will also support warehouse housekeeping and safety protocols, and work overtime when required to meet demand.
* Pick and assemble goods accurately

* Perform duties in freezer environments (down to –25°C)

About You:

Previous warehouse experience and a forklift license are an advantage, but more important is your work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn. To thrive in this role, you will bring a solid work ethic, physical readiness, and a willingness to work across different environments as part of a reliable team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Previous warehouse or Storeperson experience (a plus)
* Good communication and time management skills
* Forklift license with reach experience (advantageous)
* Comfortable working across freezer, chiller, and dry areas
