The Position
* Managing a well managed South portfolio - managed by someone who has been in the business for 10 + years
* No leasing
* No routines
* PCRs & Finals are completed in the system which saves a lot of time in the future
* VAs to assist with admin tasks and AI to assist with phone calls
Skills & Experience
* Property Management Registration
* Previous property management experience is advantageous
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills - a solutions person
