* Contribute to a leading trauma service with a diverse and challenging caseload.
* Provide clinical support to Trauma Consultants, Nurse Specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Lead and implement evidence‑based initiatives that enhance patient care and service delivery.
* Be part of a Trauma Nursing Team that values teamwork, continuous learning, and compassionate care.
* Help drive high‑quality trauma care across South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD).

You will bring:

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence.

* Advanced Trauma Nursing knowledge and confidence managing complex trauma presentations.
* Exceptional clinical leadership with the ability to influence and guide practice.
* The ability to educate, mentor, and support staff in trauma management.
* A personable and professional approach, including the ability to resolve conflict respectfully.
* Critical thinking skills used to deliver safe, evidence‑based care.
* Understanding of risk management, WHS, and quality improvement frameworks.
