About the Role


The
Sales Exec
will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and nurturing an existing account portfolio to drive revenue and maximise both short‑ and long‑term performance. Working in alignment with our annual business strategy and sales & marketing plan, you will actively contribute to achieving the hotel's commercial goals. In addition, you will support the Sales team in executing marketing initiatives, managing promotional activities, and enhancing Hotel TOTTO's digital presence—including social media, the website, and all communication channels. This is a dynamic role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to elevate a vibrant hotel brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and nurture strong relationships with decision makers, key influencers, meeting planners, procurement teams, and new C&E prospects to maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
* Promote the hotel and drive revenue by attending business and social events, hosting site inspections, coordinating familiarisations, and supporting client entertainment and gifting activities.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring commitments are fulfilled, value is delivered, and long‑term partnerships are strengthened.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure sales commitments are met, group histories are understood, and strategies are executed to drive business during need periods.
* Manage and implement marketing activities, including updating pages, planning and publishing social media content, coordinating publicity campaigns, and producing promotional materials.
* Support brand visibility by commissioning photography, reviewing creative assets, conducting customer research, and ensuring all public‑facing content reflects the hotel positively.

Skills & Experience

* Experience in sales, account management, or business development within hospitality or hotels.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long‑term partnership development.
* Proven experience identifying and converting new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and engagement.
* Hands‑on experience executing marketing activities, including social media management, campaign coordination, or content creation.
* Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Demonstrated success in building strong industry relationships and promoting loyalty programs to enhance client engagement and retention.
* Adept at cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and strategic planning to support smooth event execution and drive departmental profitability.
