ServiceNow Technical Specialist Position

About The Role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow technical specialist with experience in delivering complex projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business requirements.
* Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
* Conduct code reviews and quality control to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Develop scoped applications, workflows, and other UI elements for custom solutions and enhancements.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* ServiceNow certifications:
• Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM and 1+ additional CIS certification.
• ServiceNow Suite Certified (e.g., ITSM, HR, or CSM).
* Proven experience delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and development.
* Expertise in HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and integrations (e.g., web services, SOAP, email, MID).
* Ability to create build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specifications.
* Strong workshop facilitation skills and experience delivering multiple ServiceNow product line projects.
Nice To Have
* Additional ServiceNow certifications.
* ITIL Foundation certification.
* 5+ years of successful ServiceNow project delivery.
