We're looking for a Conveyancer to join our incredible team and help deliver exceptional client experiences in property transactions.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Conveyancer to manage residential and commercial conveyancing files from start to finish. Our clients love our conveyancing service (just check out our google reviews). We love them too and we genuinely care about their legal needs.
You will work under limited supervision, supported by our Conveyancing Manager and lawyer, with access to excellent systems, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage conveyancing files end-to-end (residential, commercial and off-the-plan), from instruction to settlement
* Liaise with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders
* Prepare contracts, transfer documents, and PEXA settlements
* Ensure all compliance and due diligence requirements are met
* Maintain accurate records and file management using LEAP
* Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused team environment
What We're Looking For
* Strong working knowledge of PEXA, Duties Online and Victorian property processes
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Professional, proactive, and passionate about client service
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals
* Experience with Leap is preferred but not essential
* Experience in NSW and VIC conveyancing is preferred but not required
