The Job Description
* Provide daily activities and personal care support to clients.
* Assist with household chores, meal preparation, and domestic assistance tasks.
* Develop individualised support plans to achieve client goals and objectives.
* Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and shopping trips.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant certificate qualification: Cert III in Individual Support or Cert IV in Disability.
* Current driver's licence.
* Working with Vulnerable card with NDIS Endorsement.
* NDIS Orientation module certification.
* Certified Medication Assistant qualification.
* National Police Clearance.
