Casual Administration & Customer Support – DOCTOR SHAMMI
Location: Fitzroy, Melbourne
Employment Type: Casual (Monday, Tuesday, Saturday) Immediate start

DOCTOR SHAMMI, a leading dermatology clinic founded by an Australian dermatologist, is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Administration & Customer Support team member to join our sophisticated Fitzroy practice. Our clinic provides advanced aesthetic and medical dermatology services to a discerning clientele, and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Administration

* Book and manage client appointments in person, by phone, and via email.

* Reschedule appointments and maintain accurate, secure client records.

* Handle financial transactions, process Medicare rebates, and safely manage confidential client information.

* Perform daily opening and closing procedures and produce reports as required.

* Optimise daily client-schedules to ensure clients are seen efficiently.

* Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally across all channels.

Customer Support

* Provide knowledgeable and attentive support regarding clinic services and products.

* Assist clients with bookings, written communication, and in-person requests, ensuring a seamless experience.

Clinic Standards & Presentation

* Maintain a clean, polished clinic environment to meet brand standards.

* Ensure personal presentation consistently meets clinic grooming and dress code policies.

Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

* Warm, personable, and professional manner

* Well-groomed, polished appearance; adherence to clinic grooming standards is mandatory

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Proficient with computers, email, and appointment/CRM systems

* Advanced computer proficiency with demonstrated expertise in appointment scheduling systems and CRM platforms

* Able to manage confidential information with discretion

* Punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently while supporting the team

* Previous experience in a high-end medical, aesthetic, or retail environment is highly regarded

* Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in high-end medical, aesthetic, or retail environments

* Availability on Monday, Tuesday and Saturdays is essential, with an immediate start.

* Australian work rights are essential for this position
