Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals
* Providing high-quality customer service with tight turnaround times to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other key stakeholders
* Assisting in overall account management and debtor management
* Identifying opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies and collaborating with the Gallagher Service Centre to ensure accurate preparation of processes and information
* Collecting essential client information and pinpointing critical issues to support brokers
* Maintaining 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients and procedures
* Staying informed of industry trends by attending internal and external training sessions, industry seminars, etc.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
* Tier 1 qualification desirable or willingness to complete upon commencement as fully supported by the business
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
* Strong commitment to client service excellence
