Senior Consultant - Construction Claims & Advisory– Sydney

The Role
* Assisting in the preparation of extension of time (EOT), disruption, and acceleration claims.
* Reviewing specifications, drawings, programs, and methodologies to identify claim opportunities.
* Conducting forensic analysis of project records and site inspections.
* Drafting contractual correspondence and supporting commercial management tasks.
* Collaborating with internal consultants and external legal teams on multifaceted claims.
What We're Looking For
* A relevant construction degree and ideally 5-7 years' experience in the construction industry.
* Previous dealings with contracts or Claims.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Excellent communication skills.
* An eye for detail.
