Our client is a not for profit organisation dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, personal needs, and serving the community. They are currently seeking a seasoned Systems and Network Administrator to provides operational and technical support for day to day and project related operations.
Key Result Areas (Tasks & Responsibilities):
* Log and rectify reported issues with minimal disruption, adhering to SLA's and KPI's.
* Maintain a continuous improvement culture and provide advanced level 1,2,3 support.
* Identify training needs and provide remote and local support using appropriate tools.
* Assist with deployment and optimization of Microsoft 365 platform.
* Support AWS and Azure cloud platforms, ensuring maximum availability and performance.
* Regularly audit systems/services and equipment to ensure optimum functionality.
* Proactively maintain the security of computing systems through reviewing SIEM alerts and Microsoft 365 security notifications.
* Adhere to security baselines and participate in software upgrades and security updates.
* Develop effective working relationships and remain up to date with new technology trends.
* Work flexible hours and communicate effectively with non-technical staff.
To be successful, you will need:
* 3+ years' Experience in a System Administrator Role.
* Experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, Exchange, Citrix, and MS SQL Server.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365 Platforms, Zendesk, and Atlassian suite of products.
* Sound knowledge of network technologies and excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in IT Systems Automation and Hardware Virtualization platforms.
