The exciting opportunity:
* Work across Residential and Home Car in the organisations' Southern Residential sites and community settings
* Manage a diverse caseload of clients requiring occupational therapy intervention
* Conduct comprehensive OT assessments to optimise activities of daily living, wellbeing and leisure
* Design and implement individualised treatment programs based on physical and psychosocial functioning
* Provide education and training to clients, families and staff on specialised devices and equipment
* Prepare specialist documentation for home modifications and assistive technology prescriptions
* Function as a Case Manager with therapeutic interventions, education and counselling
* Supervise Allied Health Assistants and students, contributing to team development

About you:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
* Experience working as an OT, ideally in aged care or community health settings
* Knowledge of Aged Care Act, OHS legislation, Accreditation Standards and funding models
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to coach and support others
* Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
