Your Every Day
Collaborate with process owners and SMEs to optimize key processes, ensuring operational alignment and content consistency.
Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements related to operations.
Develop frameworks for business improvement, including project documentation and change management materials.
Manage the lifecycle of business initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
Support transition to IT operations, ensuring comprehensive handover documentation.
Collaborate across functions to support business analysis needs.
About You
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst on large projects.
Ability to create frameworks, processes, and prioritization guidelines.
Experience with various project delivery methods (e.g., Agile).
Ability to manage competing priorities in a cross-functional environment.
Proven concept development, solution design, and project shaping skills.
Broad platform knowledge.
Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
