About the Role
As the Principal Support and Engagement Officer you will support a diverse range of change management and operational activities within the Enterprise Application and Enhancements team. You will lead the team in progressing strategic priorities and building strong engagement with the team's many stakeholders. Additionally, you will bring strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and well‐developed communication skills to ensure high‐quality products (documentation and resources) and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively and flexibly within the Enterprise Application and Enhancements team to support a diverse range of change management and operational activities
- Lead the team in progressing strategic priorities, building and maintaining strong engagement with the team's many stakeholders
- Employ strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and well‐developed communication skills to ensure quality products (documentation/resources) and outcomes
Responsibilities
- Support secretariat duties for multiple governance working parties that triage and prioritise all items in the OneSchool Program of work
- Prepare reports, correspondence and submissions about items in the program of work for key stakeholders and clients
- Contribute to continuous improvement agendas, including the review, development and deployment of supportive processes and procedures
- Quality assure end‐to‐end processes for the Directorate
About You
- Experience facilitating Investment Logic Mapping workshops
- Thorough understanding of Prince2 Agile project management methodology
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and capacity to learn quickly and respond with agility
- Well‐developed oral and written communication skills
- Initiative and self‐motivation, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
- Background in implementing and quality assuring new and existing processes
Requirements
- When working in regulated employment, a current Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card) issued by Blue Card Services is required
