RISE NOW PTY LTD t/a Ambrosia Catering and Event Hire in Western Australia is looking for a full‐time Chef to join our dynamic team with a dedication to deliver heart‐warming cuisine catering for each special event or function.
Duties will include:
* Cooking contemporary style dishes in accordance with the menu;
* Preparation of contemporary style dishes;
* Planning and development of menu in collaboration with managers;
* Ordering food and kitchen supplies;
* Discussing food preparation methods with kitchen staff, wait staff and managers;
* Demonstration and training of cooking techniques to employees;
* Involvement in the selection process of potential employees;
* Preservation of food;
* Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations;
* Staff rostering;
Requirements: At least a relevant Diploma qualification plus one year of full‐time post‐qualification experience in the relevant position; OR at least 3 years of experience as a Chef.
