What You’ll Do
* Support the chefs with daily food preparation and the production of fresh sandwiches, wraps, salads
* A 4:00 am start to dominate the morning peak
* Ensure 100% compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations
* Work as part of a tight-knit team to deliver seamless service during busy periods
* Assist with inventory and stock management to ensure zero downtime
About You
* Own a reliable vehicle and valid Driver’s Licence for early morning commutes
* Available and ready to work 5 shifts per week starting from 4:00 am
* Previous experience in a high-volume retail, cafe, or catering kitchen
* Strong communication skills and a \"can-do\" attitude under pressure
* Obsessive about quality control and maintaining a clean workspace
