Job Details: 
- Competitive salary based on your experience + superannuation
- Permanent full-time position based in an AMS in Katherine, NT

- Monday to Friday 37.5 hour working week, no shift or weekend work!
You will be working for a fantastic Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation who delivers primary and clinical health care services to the Aboriginal people within their area and surrounding communities. 
The clinic is staffed with primary health care programs with a range of professionals including Registered Aboriginal Health Practitioner, General Practitioners, Registered Nurses and other Allied Health Professionals. 
As the Registered Nurse within the clinic you will be part of the primary health team and responsible for delivering safe, high-quality clinical services, patient care, health promotion and education. Depending on the clinic and / or program service area you may be required to triage, assess clients, provide care planning, perform health screening assessment, administer medication, provide immunisations, assist with GP procedures as required and provide other primary health care needs within your scope of practice and expertise. 
The Location 
You will be living in a fantastic town in the Northern Territory known for its relaxed and friendly lifestyle. The town has a population of approximately 10,000 people and is a few hours from Darwin. 
This town is known for being the gateway to some stunning national parks with breathtaking gorges, waterfalls and hiking trails. This is perfect if you love exploring and the outdoors on your time off. 
The town has a significant Aboriginal population and Indigenous culture is deeply woven into the community. 
To be eligible for this position you must:
- Full AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in clinical nursing practice within primary healthcare
- Must have full Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship)
