About The Role
Step into a role where your organisational talent truly makes an impact. The Directors of our Hospital Services team are seeking a proactive, detail‑driven professional to provide high‑level administrative support in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

You'll sit at the heart of a forward‑thinking portfolio, working closely with senior leaders who are shaping the future of hospital care. This role delivers variety, challenge and the opportunity to contribute to work that improves patient and staff experience across our system. If you thrive on collaboration, enjoy being the trusted point of contact, and take pride in keeping everything running smoothly, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

* Support Directors with high‑level administrative coordination
* Manage complex diaries, meetings and communications
* Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Handle confidential information with professionalism
* Adapt quickly to changing priorities and service needs

Skills & Experience

* Certificate III/IV in Business or relevant admin experience
* Strong organisation skills in complex environments
* Clear communicator with confident stakeholder engagement
* Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Teams
* Proven ability to manage confidential information
