About You
* You should have previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
* Direct or indirect leadership experience is essential as you will need to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
* Excellent standards must be maintained, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control
* Processes should be simplified, and strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards adhered to
* A one-team culture should be driven, celebrating success and prioritizing team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
