We use platforms such as Gallagher, SALTO, Milestone, Genetec and Geutebrück.
Role: A senior leadership role with a hands‑on sales and commercial focus.
* Take over and grow major accounts and win new work.
* Oversee the professional delivery of tender submissions and maintenance proposals.
* Have your own high‑level clients.
* Supervise five high‑performing and experienced estimators.

What we’re looking for
Pre‑requisites
* Proven track record of winning and growing B2B security integration projects and services.
* Security Consultant Licence.
* Strong commercial judgement and sales ability – you understand complex solution selling timelines and the need to set clear scope, terms and risk expectations.
* Strong tender and EOI experience, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
* Senior security integration adviser with wins in Resources, Utilities, Ports, Health and Defence/Government.
* Comfortable with consultants, builders and asset owners.
* Able to hold commercial conversations.
* Calm, direct and respectful adviser.
* Happy to be Wangara‑based in WA and present with the team and clients.
Nice‑to‑haves
* Preference given to AGSVA clearance.
Package and location
Permanent role based in Perth with an industry‑leading competitive fixed package that includes a car allowance and super.
Location: Wangara WA (on‑site, with client and site time).
Travel: metro client/site work with occasional regional travel as required.
Team: 50+ people total; you’ll work day‑to‑day with five estimators and with the engineering and delivery teams, as well as key external stakeholders including clients, senior leaders and owners.
Reporting line: directly to the GM, with active access to the directors.
Tools provided: mobile + laptop + Simpro/CRM and quoting/tracking systems.
