**The Role**
**What You Will Be Responsible For**
- Leading projects to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Crafting detailed proposals and reports, incorporating peer review for quality assurance.
- Conducting fieldwork with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Managing ecological portfolios and guiding assistant staff.
- Mentoring and fostering skill development among junior colleagues.
- Offering expertise on environmental regulations to ensure compliance.
**Desirable Capabilities You Will Bring Include**
- A degree in environmental science (ecology), natural resource management, or related fields (higher degrees preferred).
- Familiarity with regulatory processes, approvals, and assessments.
- BAM Accredited Assessor or willingness to pursue accreditation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or operational environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for mentoring.
