Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
* Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks, ensuring a high level of quality and safety.
* Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, and participating in social inclusion and wellbeing activities.
* Monitor and document client progress and care provided, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care and address any emerging needs or concerns.
Requirements
* A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
* Availability to work across a full shift pattern, including mornings, evenings, and sleepovers.
* A valid unrestricted driver's license.
* Experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings.
* A background in related support fields, such as mental health or aged care.
