People and Culture Leadership Opportunity
Northern Health is seeking an accomplished leader to drive the strategic direction of its People and Culture Directorate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing human resource services, workforce planning, payroll, talent acquisition, occupational health & safety, and wellbeing initiatives that align with the organisation's mission.
About the Role
* Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership position within a large, complex organisation, preferably in healthcare or public sector.
* Ability to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies that challenge current practices and drive organisational change.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial relations frameworks, and contemporary HR practices.
* Understanding of current labour market challenges in health and the public sector.
