The Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support quality systems and day-to-day QA activities within our CEAM manufacturing facility at Yatala.
Reporting to the QA Lead, this is a hands-on role focused on inspections, documentation control and supporting continuous improvement across switchboard and switchroom manufacturing operations.
This role suits someone with manufacturing or QA experience looking to develop their career within an advanced electrical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Quality Management System aligned to ISO 9001
* Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections
* Assist with non-conformance reporting and corrective actions
* Maintain quality documentation and inspection records
* Support internal and external audits
* Work closely with production and engineering teams on quality issues
About You
* Experience in a QA or manufacturing support role
* Comfortable working on the factory floor
* Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
* Willingness to learn and develop under senior QA guidance
* Practical, team-focused approach
Qualifications & Experience
* 2 to 5 years experience in QA, manufacturing or related roles
* Exposure to ISO 9001 quality systems preferred
* Electrical manufacturing or switchboard experience highly regarded
