Role
We are looking for Café/Kiosk Attendants with the highest level of customer service skills to deliver first‐class services to patrons, ensuring alignment with our mission, vision and values. Successful candidates must be available on weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
* Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café.
* Replenish condiments as needed.
* Follow health and safety guidelines.
* Act as cashier: take orders and handle cash.
* Apply sound cash‐handling principles and use of POS systems.
* Promote the centre's services and programs to patrons.
* Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons.
* Provide information on the product range, including healthy food options.
* Work mornings, evenings and weekends; hours may increase during peak periods.
Qualifications & Certificates
* Food Handlers Certificate.
* Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
* Current CPR Certificate.
* Police Check.
* Working with Children Check.
Skills & Attributes
* Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style.
* Coffee making/barista skills.
* Ability to be flexible during peak periods.
* Availability Saturdays and Sundays.
