Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented legal professional to support our General Counsel and legal team in ensuring our company's legal and compliance frameworks keep pace with its rapid expansion.
* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements, commercial contracts, manufacturing/service agreements, and employment contracts.
* Support legal matters related to intellectual property, export controls, and employment law.
* Verify third-party interactions with our company and assist in onboarding these parties.
* Liaise with international regulators in relation to radiocommunication, corporate compliance, and export controls.
* Draft loan agreements and assist sales directors or project managers with coordinating loans and requirements for our events.
* Help develop and maintain corporate policies and compliance frameworks.
* Conduct research and prepare summaries on regulatory developments affecting the defense and technology sectors.
* Conduct research and due diligence on a range of corporate, commercial, employment, export control, trade, and radiocommunications laws both domestically and internationally.
* Maintain legal files, document management systems, and contract databases.
* Support internal audits, risk assessments, and legal input into tender responses and procurement processes.
