MSM Milling is a fully integrated oilseed crushing, refining, oil packaging and stockfeed milling operation located at Manildra, a short drive from Orange or Parkes. We are embarking on a major phase of growth and expansion and are looking for committed team players to join our operations.
MSM Milling is seeking a full-time Yard Operator to join our Operations Support – Oil team. You will have the responsibility for safe, efficient and timely dispatch of oil to our customers while operating in the oil tank farm to ensure a reliable delivery that meets with quality requirements. This is a permanent role with all suitable on the job training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the loading of bulk road tankers and manage the filling of large‐format products.
Coordinate and oversee the transport of oil to designated storage facilities in line with operational requirements.
Understand and demonstrate the Chain‐of‐Responsibility in heavy goods transport.
Assist in Operations Support including relevant maintenance and cleaning where required.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and quality control.
About you
Ideally you will hold a forklift licence, or we can offer suitable training for the right candidate.
An HR truck licence would be an advantage and you are willing/able to acquire an HC licence.
Have suitable physical fitness with the ability to undertake manual‐handling activities.
Have a strong safety mindset.
Have a mechanical aptitude.
Possess good diagnostic and problem‐solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Basic computer literacy and be an effective communicator.
