We are seeking multiple motivated and reliable casual Couriers to join our dedicated team within our Pre-Analytics department.
This role is critical in ensuring the secure, timely and efficient collection and delivery of specimens, medical supplies, reports and equipment between the main laboratory, collection sites, medical centres and hospitals.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, reliability and a strong commitment to client service.
You will be expected to represent the organisation in a positive and professional manner and contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
We are looking for candidates that can be available to work between 3pm – 11pm, with the flexibility to work weekend shifts if required.ResponsibilitiesFollow designated run sheets and schedules, ensuring compliance with collection processesCollecting and distributing specimens, store orders, reports and equipment to the correct destinationMaintain confidentiality and handle all specimens with care and securityEnsure all specimen logbooks are filled out and signed at applicable locationsComplete daily vehicle checks and daily audits prior to using company vehicleAdhere to health, safety and quality assurance procedures, including incident reportingLiaising with a range of different people including customers, clinic staff and couriersQualificationsExceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)Exceptional time management skills and able to work autonomously and independentlyThe ability to be well organised, reliable, with strong attention to detail and demonstrate a positive and professional attitudeBe proficient in Microsoft Office programs and be confident in using computer programsA current unencumbered Australian Driver's License & Legal right to work in AustraliaDesirableProven experience in a courier roleAbout UsClinpath Pathology is the leading private pathology service provider in South Australia, focusing on service excellence, reliability and excellent patient service.
