The role of IT Support Technician involves delivering effective support to staff and students regarding the College's IT services. This position requires someone with strong communication skills to provide appropriate service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Desktop, iPad, and laptop support
* Hardware and software troubleshooting
* Printers, data projectors, and desktop software maintenance
* Basic networking, Windows, and MacOS management
This is a full-time contract requiring attendance from 8:00am to 4:20pm, working a standard 38-hour week.
