We are a team of innovators, disruptors, and problem-solvers obsessed with making a real impact.Job DescriptionWhat you'll doIn this role, reporting into the Head of People Business Partnering, you will create value by:Partnering with a dedicated Practice to collaboratively plan, lead, and implement people strategies that align with broader functional and organisational goals.Ensuring strategies improve strategic business outcomes and reflect Scyne's culture, values, and EVP.Proactively supporting and managing employee and workplace relations matters throughout the employment lifecycle.Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and swiftly resolving issues to maintain a harmonious work environment.Supporting and driving the development of leadership skills among Scyne's leaders and people managers via effective coaching, support, training, and development initiatives through building trusted and value-add relationships.Leading the implementation and management of strategic workforce planning initiatives.Enhancing workforce capability, performance, and development across the business.QualificationsTechnically, you will bring to the position:Tertiary qualifications in human resources, business or a related field.Well-developed and practiced internal people business partnering experience, with demonstrable experience as a key part of a commercial leadership team within a corporate organisation.You thrive and generate effective outcomes in dynamic and fast-paced environments.Senior level experience in providing general people management advisory including deep knowledge of contemporary people practices, combined with current working knowledge of employment legislation.Exceptional communication skills include expertise in engaging, supporting and influencing stakeholders of all levels of a business, particularly with senior leaders and managers.Proven ability to diligently plan, execute and manage the implementation of strategies, projects and programs through to completion and measurement of outcomes and impact.Commercial acumen, including the ability to identify and prioritise people initiatives that drive positive value and impact across the business.Additional InformationMarket leading Parental Leave: Allows either carer to take 26 weeks of leave, flexibly, until a child is two years of age.
A six-month minimum service requirement for new starters applies.
We also make full superannuation contributions for up to 12 months (including unpaid parental leave).
