Your Future Team
You'll join the JSM Growth team, a collaborative group focused on simplifying the discovery, onboarding, and expansion journey for JSM customers. Our mission is to help more teams unlock the power of JSM by removing friction, optimising the user journey, and driving product-led growth. We operate with a strong experimentation mindset, leveraging data and rapid iteration to deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do
* Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across the JSM customer journey (acquisition, onboarding, activation, expansion, retention).
* Design, run, and analyse experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimisations) to validate hypotheses and drive key metrics.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to deliver impactful product improvements.
* Gather and synthesise customer insights through research, data analysis, and direct engagement.
* Define and communicate clear product requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps.
* Monitor product performance, report on results, and iterate based on learnings.
* Advocate for the customer and champion product-led growth best practices within the team.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and measurable impact.
About You
* 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or a related field (SaaS or B2B preferred).
* Demonstrated ability to use data and experimentation to drive product decisions.
* Strong analytical skills; comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and A/B testing.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Customer-obsessed, with a passion for solving real user problems.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed, and highly collaborative environment.
* Experience with Jira, JSM, or ITSM products is a plus.
