Territory Sales Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our NSW team and drive growth in the country west territory.
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic solutions and customer engagement.
2. Manage and maintain a rolling orderbook and pipeline with existing and new customers, activating sales processes for optimal results.
3. Conduct regular market analysis, gathering industry intelligence on competitor activity, trends, and customer insights.
4. Achieve territory and team objectives aligned with regional targets and sales incentive schemes.
This role is suitable for individuals with:
* More than 3 years of field sales experience in a relevant sector, preferably industrial.
* Ability to identify customer, market, and industry insights to shape sales strategy.
* Understanding of sales process methodology and commercial acumen.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to translate product features into value propositions.
* Experience engaging with various stakeholder levels and Tier 1-3 customers.
