We are seeking a skilled professional to support and facilitate the transition to practice for nursing and midwifery graduates. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with allied health, medicine, and clinical teams to provide a targeted learning strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with nursing unit managers, clinical team leaders, and educators to facilitate initiatives for new staff;
* Provide support and guidance to graduate nurses and midwives during their transition to practice;
