AGS was established in 1953 and is a not-for-profit public company limited by guarantee with its own governing board, staff, budget, annual report and events program. Blending both creative thinking with strong digital capability to enhance the AGS online presence, improve user experience, support campaigns and member engagement across digital platforms (primarily website). Key responsibilities • Manage, build and update website and digital platforms. • Apply UX/UI best practice to improve digital usability, navigation and member experience. • Monitor and report on digital analytics to optimise platforms and customer reach. • Create, edit and manage high-quality digital assets – webpages, graphics, animation. • Ensure digital platforms adhere to best practice security standards, privacy legislation and organisational policies. • Prioritise member data security – handling, storage, usage and risk mitigation.
