Role Location
You will join our office in Melbourne to work with the teams and directly interact with our partners, providers, and venues.
What You Will Do
As a Junior Project Manager, you will work with your team lead to develop, launch and manage events from A to Z. You will help scale this event to other markets and own the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for our key strategic experiences. Fever will invest in your professional development with training and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Provide a detailed analysis of business opportunities and inefficiencies; propose changes to operational processes; drive high customer satisfaction; ensure high-quality experiences.
- Manage events from conception to delivery, working with existing partners and developing new relationships.
- Help scale the experiences across Australia.
- Coordinate with different internal teams at Fever.
- Work with the Fever marketing team to ensure events impact ticket sales and media coverage.
- Manage, report on, and grow revenue from scalable events.
- Represent the Fever brand at events.
- Make informed decisions based on data (including P&L; analysis).
- Collaborate with the global Scalable Events team on various brands in other markets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background. This is not an events background.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills; appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly.
- Solution-focused with the ability to identify problems and create plans to resolve them.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized and efficient; curious and willing to push boundaries.
- Solid networking skills and ability to form partnerships.
- Ability to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage large, parallel work streams; collaborative and hands-on across event tasks.
- Knowledge of promotional tools (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus; strong academic background is a plus.
