About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated researchers to join our NCYSUR Psychology research team, focusing on applied clinical and translational research related to substance use in young people.
Two Academic Level B positions are available: one full-time and one part-time. The selected candidates will be involved in delivering high-quality research projects funded by reputable Australian organizations, contributing to novel insights and peer-reviewed research outputs.
As a key member of our team, you will engage in collaborative quantitative research, working with large-scale longitudinal survey data to drive meaningful outcomes. You will develop strong working relationships with clinical and research partners, contribute to student supervision, and participate in internal service activities.
Key Responsibilities
* PhD in psychology, public health or a related field with a growing research profile.
* Experience in managing and conducting high-quality collaborative quantitative research projects, including project management, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Contribution towards obtaining external grant funding is essential.
