Opportunity Summary:
This recruitment pool is designed to attract highly skilled Social Workers who can provide exceptional care and support to patients in a multidisciplinary team setting.
* A key aspect of the role will be providing high-quality social work services to inpatients and outpatients, including assessment, treatment, evaluation and planning, and management of a designated caseload.
Candidates will be expected to practice according to the Australian Association of Social Workers Practice Standards and Code of Ethics and/or the Society of Professional Social Workers Code of Ethics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive social work services.
