About the Marketing Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to define, create, and execute branding, marketing approaches, and digital/social media campaigns to launch a new product in regional markets and drive customer acquisition and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for customer engagement.

* Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling messaging, visuals, and branding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM platforms) and social media channels (WhatsApp, TikTok, Facebook).
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
* Ability to analyze customer behavior and campaign performance metrics.
* Deep understanding of content strategy and brand positioning.
* 3+ years of experience in marketing digital financial services, ideally in Central America and/or startup environments.
