Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, Ceduna ASO4 | Full Time Contract | Ongoing Salary: $76,561 - $80,256 p.a Exciting Career Opportunity: Medical Practice Co-ordinator at Ceduna Are you an experienced and detail-oriented professional with a passion for healthcare administration? We are seeking a skilled Medical Practice Co-ordinator to join our team and take on a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our Medical Practice. As the Medical Practice Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall administrative function of the practice, including financial and human resource management. You will play a central role in coordinating the day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include managing information systems and technology, driving quality improvement initiatives, and overseeing financial and accounting processes. You will also lead human resource systems, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring that the practice continues to deliver exceptional care to our patients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of healthcare administration. What We're Looking For: Demonstrated experience in preparation and analysis of reports, quality compliance, accreditation, collection and maintenance of required data. Leadership and teambuilding experience. High degree of proficiency in the use of Microsoft software packages.
