As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of the Residential Project. Involving managing on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the project is completed with the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Roles And Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations and supervise on-site personnel to meet project milestones.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure smooth workflow.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Monitor project schedules, progress, and implement necessary adjustments.
* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate records of on-site activities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years industry experience working across large scale projects, upwards of $70m.
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on a similar project is advantageous.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to environmental projects.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
