Are you a skilled Registration Clerk looking to work in a fast-paced, dynamic dealership environment? Based in South Brisbane, this is your chance to join a high-performing team where your experience will be truly valued. The dealership is seeking a “diamond in the rough” – someone who can hit the ground running and help balance out a team currently training two newer recruits. Ideally, you'll bring proven skills in Autoreg and Queensland Transport processes, and a solid grasp of vehicle deal processing. What you'll be doing: Handling all registration, transfer and acquisition processes Costing and calculating gross profit/loss on vehicle deals Entering trade-ins and used car purchases into the DMS Managing cancellations, plate surrenders and admin tasks Working with AutoIT or similar dealership management systems Hours: Full-time: Ideally 9am–5pm, with flexibility for the right person Paid overtime for all additional hours worked This is a brilliant opportunity for someone seeking a stable, full-time role with a supportive team and flexibility around daily hours.
