An chance has arisen for an experienced Head of HR to join a leading international law firm on a 12 month contract. Taking the lead on all strategic HR initiatives you will have responsibility for defining and executing a people strategy that effectively meets business goals.
Working as part of a high-performing, innovative business, you will be responsible for managing the firm and the HR team through a period of change and transition, and will be heavily involved in a number of strategic HR projects.
You will look at driving engagement across the firm, working collaboratively with centers of excellence to improve talent development programs, performance management practices and graduate attraction and retention processes.
Have worked within a professional services environment previously - ideally legal at a Head of HR level.
Be experienced managing change within an organisation
Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable building relationships at a senior level
Take a pro-active approach to HR and an active role in all HR projects on a national basis
