About the Role
Field Service Representative / Technician providing technical support and service for automated chemical dispensing systems and specialized laundry processing equipment. Work closely with clients to ensure optimal performance of products designed for industrial uniform care, healthcare laundry solutions, green technology lines, and specialty additives.
What You'll Do
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical dispensing systems.
Provide technical training and support to client staff.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Build strong relationships with customers across Brisbane and surrounding regions.
What We're Looking For
Experience in laundry chemical systems, industrial washing equipment, or similar technical service roles.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and travel within the region.
