**How will I help?**
As a Conversational Analyst in the Digital Experience team, you will be a key member responsible for the end to end digital experience of our internal staff members. The key focus of this role is to utilize our automation and chatbot capabilities to shift the resolution closest to the customer as possible, so they get resolutions to their technologies issues.

- Experience with data

- Automation experience desirable in: Powershell, GIT, SQL, general understanding of how an entire tech stack functions
