As a Sales Process Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging strategy and execution at an international organization.


About This Role

Collaborate with global teams to design and refine sales processes that fuel growth, enabling sales teams to deliver with clarity, consistency, and efficiency.

* Develop process governance frameworks that balance global consistency with local flexibility.
* Proactively identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, leading initiatives that enhance both customer and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, IT, Engineering, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned, end-to-end sales processes.
* Develop enablement materials step-by-step guides, quick-reference tools, and training modules that translate complexity into clarity.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
* Strong experience with CRM platforms (especially Salesforce) and ERP systems like Epicor, with a proven track record of process and system alignment.
* Skilled in process mapping, change management, and sales lifecycle optimization.
