Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, IT, Engineering, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned, end-to-end sales processes.
* Develop enablement materials step-by-step guides, quick-reference tools, and training modules that translate complexity into clarity.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
* Strong experience with CRM platforms (especially Salesforce) and ERP systems like Epicor, with a proven track record of process and system alignment.
* Skilled in process mapping, change management, and sales lifecycle optimization.
