Reporting to the State Manager, you will have an opportunity to coach and mentor our clinic staff to deliver the best service to our clients and drive results by building partnerships and customer relationships.Key responsibilitiesDrive sales revenue growth within allocated clinic network areaCreate a customer focused sales cultureEngage the sales team to create alignment and accountabilityLeverage cross-functional partnerships to optimize process and operational efficiencies, training and employment supportWhat we are looking forProven track record of managing and meeting KPI'sExperience using sales data and analytics to generate insights and make important decisions that affect salesWorking with and leading remote teams across multiple sitesBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with external and internal stakeholdersBuilding and leading high-performance teams (including coaching & developing, performance management).
